- Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world’s biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.
Working within our friendly and supportive team you will:
provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as phone, chat, and email.
offer pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.
provide product and tool support to enhance our clients' experience.
use tools and systems to identify customers' issues addressed in their raised queries.
escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups for resolution.
resolve customer issues in a timely manner, proactively communicate progress to clients, and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.
Your Skills:
- Online Advertising Experience is a big plus
- Prior working in service organization is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent, verbal and written in Arabic (C1) and minimum B2 in English
- Familiarity with social media and you are active on them
- Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Fast learner, diligent worker
Your Benefits;
- €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000* gross annual salary.
