Votre mission…
En tant que Technicien de Maintenance Electrique, vous devez garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes électriques en assurant la maintenance des machines au niveau électrique, instrumentation et automatisme.
Vos activités au quotidien…
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive des machines et des systèmes sur la base d’un planning de maintenance.
- Assurer la réparation des machines et d’équipements endommagés.
- Assurer l’élimination des anomalies techniques sur les lignes de production en collaboration avec l’ingénieur.
- Effectuer l’entretien des systèmes électriques : Post livraison/traitement, tableaux de distribution, panneaux de contrôle, variateurs de vitesse et démarreurs électroniques.
- Remonter les anomalies pour la Maintenance Préventive
- Mettre à jour les schémas électriques.
- Participer aux travaux d’améliorations, modifications et projets.
- Participer à la mise en place des instructions Nestlé (« 5S », NGMP, SMQ, HACCP, CDM, Sécurité, environnement).
- Veiller à la propreté de l’atelier et de son lieu de travail.
- Exécuter les tâches déléguées par la hiérarchie.
Vos atouts pour réussir…
- Titulaire d’un bac+2 en Génie Electrique, Electricité Industrielle ou Electrotechnique.
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 4 ans.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en basse tension.
- Vous avez des connaissances en Outils d’électricité/automatisation.

Lead the NP business in Morocco, aiming to deliver on the agreed objectives/ sales plans in the Out of Home Channels across B2B2C. The candidate’s responsibilities include setting the right strategies and unlocking the potential of all subcategories (Coffee, Food, Dairy, Confectionery) in the defined priority channels, while leveraging the RTM partners to contribute to the overall growth ambition.
Ensure adequate management of the sales funnel and the customer lifecycle (attract, acquire, grow, and retain) while building solid business relationship with customers and positioning service as a competitive advantage.

- Responsible to achieve their sales targets and meet the set budgets
- Develop channel strategies aligned with their Business OMP and support with the trade budgets and activity plans to deliver on the set ambition
- Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their teams’ efforts and results (direct and also distributor teams) while ensuring right capability building and monitoring of development
- Support with building key customer relationships for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, tele sales, direct contact, etc.
- Compliant with internal SOPs and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
- Define the optimal RTM strategy to ensure scalability in priority channels and work closely with RTM partners based on the Nestle Professional distributor management best practices.

What Will Make You Successful
- Over 7 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment.
- Strong experience in Sales or marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results. Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high-performance culture.
- Has experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
- Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry.
- University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
Medical Delegate

Position Summary
You will be responsible for the ethical promotion of Nestlé’s infant products by actively educating healthcare professionals on the products’ features and benefits while providing them with accurate guidelines on the appropriate usage of the product. More importantly, you are required to advise that newborn babies should be strictly breastfeed in their first 6 months if breastfeeding is a possible option. Most of your working day will be spent in the field communicating with healthcare professionals. Are you familiar with Nestlé’s association with the World Health Organization code? If not, you better ask around as it will be your main compliance guideline!
